Try grounding for one month, walking or laying on the ground for at least 15-20 mins a day and see if you notice any changes in your healing journey. Mother gaia resonates at a frequency of 7.83hz. The Ancient Indian Rishis called 7.83 Hz the frequency of OM however the earths vibration is speeding up as we enter into the 5th dimension and this causes people to feel uneasy, disconnected, fatigued, depressed so we need to ground even more as we go through this shift and if our busy lives we just dont get enough.
For many years the earths frequency has hovered at a steady 7.83 Hz with only slight variations. In June 2014 that apparently changed. Monitors at the Russian Space Observing System showed a sudden spike in activity to around 8.5 Hz. This means, we are changing. Many years ago the author was trained in EEG Neurofeedback, and looked at what these accelerated frequencies might be telling us about human evolutionary change. A 7.83 Hz frequency is an alpha/theta state. Relaxed, yet dreamy—sort of a neutral idling state waiting for something to happen. A 8.5 – 16.5 Hz frequency moves one out of the theta range into more of a full calmer alpha state with faster more alert beta frequencies starting to appear. This correlates with slowly waking up cognitively. Mother Earth is shifting her vibrational frequency and perhaps so are we.
Whatever is happening, it’s clear that this acceleration may make you feel more tired, exhausted, dizzy, depressed, and even strange as you raise your own frequencies to be more “in tune” with the New Earth. Adaptation is not always an easy process, but keep in mind it’s all part of your own unique AWAKENING.

If you find it hard in your busy life to get outside, especially in the winter months to ground you may want to get yourself a grounding sheet which plugs into your wall and earths to the ground giving you a better night sleep and waking refreshed and clear. What to expect when you start grounding
- Most people feel better after they start grounding.
- Benefits can come quickly and dramatically, or subtly and gradually. We are all different.
- Some people may not feel any benefits until they increase their grounding time.
- Some people may initially feel temporary tingling, a sign of improved circulation and the body equalising with the natural energy of the Earth. As the nervous system relaxes, the tingling abates.
- If you have radiant health and sleep well, you may not feel a big difference. Please know that continued grounding serves as a natural form of prevention.
- If you are a fitness buff or athlete, you may notice less muscle soreness and faster recovery.
- Some people experience temporary flu-like symptoms (including malaise, achiness, a foggy mind, tiredness). We relate these responses to the body detoxifying.
- Important tip: Drink plenty of water. Being dehydrated can impair the grounding effect.

The sicker you are, the more Earthing time you need to gain relief and regain healthLet me explain. An hour a day of Earthing means 23 hours ungrounded, and usually not enough grounding time for serious health problems. You likely need many hours to reverse course; more hours grounded than ungrounded. If someone were to be grounded 24/7 or close to it, as humans were in past cultures, you would not develop much inflammation in your body. Grounding always works if you spend enough time doing it.
A woman with multiple sclerosis once complained to me that she wasn’t making progress with her condition by sleeping grounded. I heard the same thing from a woman with lupus. I told them that they simply needed more time grounded. Six or seven hours weren’t enough. They had to be grounded during the day as well, as much as possible. They followed my advice and started grounding during the day at their desks and when they relaxed at home. They worked up to some 16 or so hours a day. Their health dramatically improved. They recognised the importance of staying grounded so that the body could rebuild itself.
